Our story
Finding the cause, not just the pests you can see
Most pest problems people call about are the visible part of something bigger. The cockroaches on the bench come from where they breed behind the dishwasher. The possum in the ceiling found a gap at the eaves. The mud on the skirting board leads back to a colony that may be outside the house altogether. Treating only what you can see is how the problem comes back.
So the work starts with identification: what the pest is, where it lives, how it is getting in and what is drawing it there. That decides which product goes where, whether bait or a barrier is the right answer, and what you can change around the property to keep it from returning.
We work from a base at Hope Island, across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding South East Queensland, in family homes, rentals, apartments, shops and commercial kitchens. The phone is answered at any hour, every day, because a wasp nest by the back door or a rat in the ceiling does not wait for business hours.

Different species nest, feed and travel differently, and the right product in the wrong place does little. We ask questions, look closely and tell you what we found before anything is applied.
You know the scope and the price before anything starts
What is being treated, where, with what, and what it costs is set out before the work begins, so there is nothing to settle afterwards about what was meant.
Children and pets are part of the plan
We ask about everyone in the house, including fish and birds, and tell you what to move, cover or keep away. You hear about preparation and re-entry before we start, not after.
You keep the details in writing
The treatment details, any safety directions and our recommendations stay with you, along with the termite paperwork where the job has any. If something on it is unclear, ask and we will explain it.

You do not need to know what the pest is called. Where you have seen it, when, how many, and whether anything has been sprayed already is enough to start. A photo from a safe distance helps.
Identification
What it is and where it lives
On site we confirm the species and look for the source: the nest, the entry point, the moisture or the food drawing it in. That is what decides the treatment, not just where the pest was seen.
Scope and price
Set out before work starts
You are told what will be treated, how, any preparation needed and the price, before anything is applied. If the inspection turns up something different, we explain it and you decide.
Treatment and follow-up
Details left with you
After treatment you get re-entry times, what to expect over the coming weeks and the treatment details. Where the job needs a return visit, such as termites, rodents or bed bugs, it is booked before we go.
